Real-time imaging of melanoma on a murine model

This innovative approach of non-invasive real-time imaging allows studying tumor vessels genesis as well as evaluating the efficacy of anti-tumor treatments such as electrochemotherapy.

The TMV is used to visualize tumor angiogenesis to predict melanoma vascularization, to visualize the effects of electropermeabilization on tumor vascularization, , and to valuate the efficacy of treatment
with electrochemotherapy on murine melanoma.
